A personal participation in the development of training, so that the usual familiar "team spirit" has become rich in content, to everyone to bring a more intuitive spiritual impact. At the beginning, all the staff were divided into groups to discuss the group slogan and the group flag. In the "ice-breaking operation", each team has to complete five small games within the specified time. The game must be full participation, everyone in the practice from the initial failure, complaint, to the final cooperation, encouragement, fully feel the importance of teamwork. Each group strives to complete the game in the shortest time, which encourages healthy competition among the groups. After the ice-breaking session, there is an outdoor "trust back fall" activity. Trust back fall is a teammate who climbs up the back fall platform, under the guidance of the coach, binds his arms, and falls down to the safety platform built by his teammates with his arms with his back to the team. This is a lesson in practicing team trust, teamwork, and overcoming terror. When the feeling of fear and fear falls back and the body is firmly caught, I deeply realize how important the trust and cooperation between team members are. The "graduation wall" project requires all staff to climb over a smooth 4-meter-high wall within a specified time. When seeing this project, everyone agreed that it was an impossible task. But after some twists and turns, after many failures, it has aroused everyone's competitive heart and stimulated their potential. With the concerted efforts of all, all partners have overcome obstacles. This is an outward bound training that requires trust and support, work together to overcome inner fears, complete tasks together, and revel together! We must have a good team spirit, no matter what difficulties we encounter, we can overcome them one by one!

The goal of "zero" disaster in the NAPM2000 day of 2022 is reached!

November 17, 2022 is a memorable day for NAPM and every employee of the company. Through the joint efforts of all NAPM employees, on this day, NAPM reached the goal of "zero disaster in 2000 days! Safety creates happiness, negligence brings pain, and safety is the primary prerequisite for daily life and production work. NAPM has a leadership core that dares to grasp good management, attaches importance to safety, and understands safety knowledge. Under its leadership, it has formulated clear safety production goals, continuously improved the management system, and regularly carried out safety education activities.
